Housekeeping operations is a key department in any lodging establishment as cleanliness is a number one priority for guests. Professional cleaning for commercial purposes is more than simple household chores. Housekeepers must be knowledgeable in special techniques as well as organization of the department to cope with the demand.
This course introduces trainees to all systems and procedures to assure highest standards and best customer service in housekeeping operations. The syllabus also includes basic computer, secretarial, accounting and administrative training to provide the necessary skills to work asreceptionist, office administrator, secretary or personnel assistant in any organization.

Duration: 6 Months
Admission Requirements: Junior Certificate (JC) / Form 3 or 1 year work experience in any field. Those with a lower qualification are invited to contact the college for consultation and interview.
